When you sign up for program or seminar please note that there will be a deadline for payment one month prior to the event. If you have not paid we will cross your name off assuming that you do not want to take the class. It is time consuming to track each person down to remind them that they have signed up, possibly ask for a surface and not paid. It is hard for the program and seminar person to keep track of who is coming and not.
When we schedule these seminars we base the cost on a certain number of attendants . If we do not reach that quota we may have to cancel the program or seminar for lack of interest.

On Saturdays after a seminar, the chapter takes the teacher to dinner. All participants are welcome and encouraged to attend the dinner. Signups are taken and the restaurant announced on Saturday morning so reservations can be made if necessary.
